Case Overview:
A man previously admitted guilt to Possession of Child Pornography and was sentenced to 3 years of probation with conditions of sex offender registration, counseling, and no unsupervised contact with children. Approximately two years later, police were dispatched to his home due for a self-inflicted knife wound after his female roommate accused him of rape. Police investigated her claims, but first caused the man to be transported to and treated at the hospital. Upon his release, police arrested and charged him with Rape, Drugging for Sexual Intercourse, Indecent Assault and Battery on a Person 14 or Over, and several drug possessory offenses, which triggered a probation violation. Case Result: Reprobated with No Punishment.
