- Failure to Register as a Sex offender in violation of M.G.L. c. 6, § 178H (a)(1)
Case Overview:
After a conviction in Rhode Island Superior Court for Electronically Disseminating Indecent Material to a Minor and Indecent Solicitation of a Child, a man was legally required to register as a sex offender in Massachusetts where he resides. During his third year of probation, the man failed to contact his local police department to renew his sex offender registration. As a result, he was arrested and charged with Failure to Register as a Sex Offender in Wareham District Court. He hired Massachusetts Criminal Defense Attorney, John L.
