Case Overview:
While on probation in Dudley District Court for Violation of an Abuse Prevention Order, a man was criminally charged in three new cases in both Rhode Island and Massachusetts, which triggered a probation violation. In Rhode Island, he was charged with Domestic Assault and Battery and Disorderly Conduct in Rhode Island District Court (6th Division); three counts of Domestic First-Degree Sexual Assault in Rhode Island Superior Court (Providence County); and, in Massachusetts, he was charged with Violation of an Abuse Prevention Order in Fall River District Court.
